In this last part you will see the final steps of engine assembly. You will be shown how to assemble the engine block and components together correctly and clearance it all to the manufacturers tolerances and specifications. The final assembly of the 13B engine is completed with standard tools. You now have a toleranced, balanced, more powerful and reliable 13B engine - which you did all yourself and saved your hard earned cash!
This part will tackle the assembly of the engine. This includes preparation and fitting of seals, gaskets into rotor housing and end plates. This will show you how to assemble the engine block together correctly with the rotors and apex seals to the manufacturers tolerances and specifications. The final assembly of the engine is completed with standard tools and leaves them ready for the final part 4 'Setting the end-float'.
