Denominations as of the Fourth Century A.D
In Bronze:
Follis ca. 2.8 cm or less, 9-10 gr, sometimes with silver on surface
Late Roman Bronze Radiates, used into the
Tetrachy, same size and design as the silver
Antonininus.
Centenionalis ca. 2 cm, ca. 4-5 gr
Doppelmaiorina ca. 3 cm, ca. 7.6-9 gr
Reduced
Maiorina ca. 2 cm, ca. 4-5 gr
Halbcentenionalis ca. 0.9-1.0 cm,
ca. 1.3-1.8 gr
The above names of the denominations are rather questionable, and names also changed over the decades.
