Discovery: In December, 2000 the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (Dubna, Russia) described the discovery earlier in 2000 of the decay of the isotope Uuh-292, which was produced in the reaction of Cm-248 with Ca-48. Uuh-292 has a half-life of ~18 milliseconds and decayed into Uuq-288.
