Ancient items found in Tamworth declared as treasure.

Silver and copper Roman coins, Medieval rings and gilded dress hooks dating back to the 16th century were among items declared to be treasure this week.Ta
Unearthed by metal detector. A report written by Richard Abdy from the British Museum, Victoria Allnatt, a finds recording assistant for the Portable Antiquities Scheme, said the coins dated back to the period AD 330-340. The find, discovered on land owned by Matt Lockhart in the Tamworth area, consisted of "33 copper alloy nummi of the House of Constantine." being "primarily base metal coins of copper alloy".
