Two Sizes choice offer in this purchase 100cm/39.3in tubes or * 150cm/58.9in tubes - only 1 piece not two?

Since these were marked up at a very cheap price I decided to order another one, the first with one criticism though, only came with one pipe, weird that! The second one is marked up at £1.62, we will see what is left out of that one.... On receipt: it was the same.
