She was confident within her early days,
The stage shows were to go on...
The years ticked by and troubles brewed;
Conflicts of her inner child.
Expectations to and from the masses...
And to those that were close to her,
Her family, the success and a new love...
With choices at his control.
Her vulnerabilities were her demon tags
The grammar boy 'schoolish' pranks.
The 'mean to keep them keen' exploits,
To be 'street cred' within the 'norm'.
His peers, their audiences, their egos adorned...
To be accepted on equal terms, his arrogance
Abused her soul...
Her selected blindness of the 'germs',
Eventually took her control.
Her reasoning for her Romeo,
The play must go on until the end.
And the circumstances, can be retrieved.
Even the fantasy, a purpose to live,
When merged with reality.

A slip, a tumble a fall of grace.
With mixed messages from an embrace.
His compromises are black and white
Misread when in the light...
The ignorance as a 'user' be
Oblivious of his consequence
And of a 'users' selfishness,
Without blame or hindrance.
She cries for help by harming herself...
Ultimately, on stage she sacrificed
Her very own purpose, destroying her life,
To pick up the pieces, to start again...?

Alone in a room she searched for peace
And was called to cross the line.
Assuming she has found her purpose once more,
For a heart with love, no crying.
