Poem Title: Unemployment Date Written: 28.02.07

Some of us have experienced unemployment; some short and some long term. You could have just started on the job market lacking experience, too much experience, un-qualified, over qualified, too young, too old, on top rate of pay... the list goes on. After some time, you begin to question you purpose in life, if any. Application rejection becomes common place, that if the employer has the courtesy of contacting you. Some will experience depression due to not being able to go out, or not being able to live on the basics, bills start piling up. Some will consider the dark areas of life...
