What do we see of mars, so far based upon the land and photo observations?

Lets look at the land:

1. Moisture within the ground (evidence from the wheel tracks of the rovers exploring on the surface, the trickle marks and geological tell-tale signs within the soil, sedimentary and conglomerate formations.
2. Some forms of vegitation, most likely requiring some form of liquid nutrition.

Liquid water may still flow on Mars, but that doesn't mean it's easy to spot. The search for water on the Red Planet has taken more than 15 years to turn up definitive signs that liquid flows on the surface today. In the past, however, rivers and oceans may have covered the land. Where did all of the liquid water go? Why? How much of it still remains?

One possible rean for a low life count on the surface may be due to the planet losing its magnetic field, this allows the sun's particles to strip away Mars atmosphere, allowing the planets gravity to weaken helping evaperation to occur at a greater rate. What little water remains can be in the form of ice and also in underground springs, possibly frozen lakes with the occasional flow based on weather or temperatures on the ground. There is also evidence of hot springs on the surface.

From the photos, or videos if one is to take them seriously, suggests there are uncanny similarities possibly too many to suggest it's all just coincidence; however we are given explanations that at times comes across as condescending from those in positions of power.... We see videos and photos on this planet and make judgements daily, however when we do the same on another planet, we are considered delusional or mad.

After viewing videos and photos over a number of years, there are images on Mars that does suggest civilisations were on Mars and may still be. The scales of magnification can be difficult to estimate distances, one would have thought there may have been some form of a function for this on Perseverance, unfortunately there doesn't seem to be much evidence of this from what I have seen concerning the camera quality and efficiency.

There are many images of animals on the rock surfaces and they seem to be everywhere and what seems to be 'people', some could be described as they consist of possible hybrids or people with some forms of 'mutations', possibly.

I would also suggest there are forms of what one would consider as being Giant forms and also very small people, the size of one's hand the latter would normally be more understandable in an oxygen starved planet. Yes! One could describe this description as a 'tin foil hat brigade'. But what if we are not wrong? Why would the Governments of this world keep this information secret?
