What is your revenge oracular majestic in your jet black disguise?
Hath Apollo sent thee to annul my pain...
So you may return your splendour with feathers white,
As long as there is violence, in life, I do regret!
You may remain in these shadows, with your dark disguise,
Until my spirit hath awaken in light.
As my guardian, two score plus one, your oracular voices will foretell me mine,
And hence when we cry together, we will see our paths collide
In taking the road that crosses your dominion.
There is comfort as I look over my shoulder,
You fly as guardian and I, on the crow road go forth...
I see your sheen, your eyes stare at me, reads my soul and I look at thee.
As I walk the crow road, a decision, confused, a choice...
A bright light through the trees, I hesitate and withdraw within.
On opening my eyes, your majesty in your flight, black stream...
We are as one, it is clear looking in from outside my confines!
Trees around me,  I see your crest, reflected from the lakes below...
The mysteries I see through flight, through the trees, my images of past!
What awaits me along this path and my destination?
My shield my protector......
We are all stepping onto and towards the crossroad...
some running, some meandering, others sitting by the wayside.
Abashed; before judgement...
Is there doubt?
The day you walk on the crow road
And cometh to a crossroad?

We all walk on the crow road if we dare or not...
The crossroads cometh forth the choice we knoweth not...
But the crow flies against the wind, the answer to the question!
The question, we have within.
We look back and see our path, a rustle within the trees a bow,
Our history is like a leaf, waiting for the wind to push...
And then the leaf, descends to the ground.
Our answer, a place in time...
The sounds a din! The army in black suits perched
The judgement begins, each step searches the soul is searched...
No trade off, this final act.
The sorrow remains, as where it's at.
Who will stand in the rain and contemplate?
The crow stands upon the carved stone and awaits...
