121. My Door Is Always Open (121)

A friend inspired me to write this, even though I haven't seen her for awhile, I was thinking about her and reflecting and concluded, sometimes speaking honestly can scare some people away, however; as one gets older, one gets to the point, where one believes truth and honesty should not be something one hides and so, one learns to take rejection in one's stride, I am probably mostly to blame for that after a couple of previous betrayals from ex-wife and so-on. The divinity theme can be seen as a vehicle and the theme has been of interest for me in terms of exploration for the few of the latest poems, however; If not that then as least for my penance, I still do believe we all have a path to follow for what whatever reason?
