Introduction
Paragon is an anthology of poems afflatus and written by Nigel Wilcox over a number of decades from youth to, the present. This collection, deals with some philosophical, and some psychological observation. Exploration into multi-dimensional thinking or thinking on multi-layers or abstract. The site originally started as an academic exercise, introducing the power of text into education, schools, colleges and university classrooms. The experiences contributing to the content and also covers a variety of subjects that interested the author, exploring, life and researching sensitive topics. An exercise or template for pupil or student to write about their feelings and to open up emotions. A difficult task for some to master, but a means to use a resource of the English Language to the full and to control frustration with words, without having to resort to a negative physical demonstration. "The thrust of the pen is mightier than the sword", Edward Bulwer-Lytton (1839) from his play Richelieu; Or the Conspiracy...

Nigel's opinion? "Some of the poems are ok, some less so, depends on your interpretation and perspective and how one connects to them emotionally. If you can relate to the words and find meaning, possibly comfort or relate in some way, then it was worthwhile."
"When asked, are the poems from personal experiences, the answer is always yes, as the words are part of you. Walking along life's road you meet people from all walks of life and backgrounds. No-one is ammune from an individual's tradegy, be it family, friends, fellow human, you carry that experience with you throughout life."
