Author's Comments on this Poem:
Who picks you up, when you fall down? Your country, your politicians?
Who will give you a job? Or find you the opportunities to secure a job?
What if no opportunities arise, even though you have done everything in your power to influence the doors to open, only to find them slamming shut or just closing?
This poem presents the futility of one's encounter in society made up of the elite and the poor. Those that have and those have not....
What does it take to live a dream? Is it Who you know to what you know?
Food for thought, however that will not get you through the door either....
