Unlike conventional jetpacks and personal flight vehicles, the Jetlev uses a propulsion engine powered by water. This design meant that the Jetlev could deliver vast amounts of controllable power much more efficiently than traditional gas-powered engines. Of course, use is limited, but the Jetlev design gives the public access to a jetpack experience that would likely otherwise be well out of their reach.
