1. Another reason for the AC not to work could be down to the AC, 'Temperature Sensor' not working, this sensor can be found behind the front bumper - Check temperature reading on your dash display. If this is reading incorrectly, the sensor could be faulty and the AC will not work.
A replacement AC sensor module £15-£20 off eBay
2. Also check AC fan connections as these can corode and cause the AC not to work. This could be down to the wiring and will require a  splice and/or  plug repair.

2. Identify  High/Low AC Low Pressure Port, under bonnet, (hood) if in doubt check manual or ask at dealership).
Note: Refill external connection will only fit on the
LOW Port of the vehicle, the one it fits should be the LOW

Pressure.

3. Turn on AC to Full for
Cold Blow, (Make sure the vents shows BLUE dots (Cold) Many people forget this).

4. Shake refill can for about 30 seconds - Connect refill hose to low pressure port.
(Note: Some guages have an outside bezel, this is turned to the approximate or appropriate outside
temperature). (The tap screw on top of the refill is turned clockwise to puncture the inner can, once punctured the
   tap should move freely.

5. Turn the tap anti-clockwise as to realease the gas  - Slightly shake the can while processing. (This will help with
gas circulation) Check the guage regulary -

6. Close valve, (tap) to check the over all pressure to see if in the selected Green area. Once in the Green Area, (do
not over fill or go into the red).

7. Disconnect Gauage pipe from the Low Pressure Port - You have now topped up your AC System.

8. Check interior Vents for Cold Ventilation.
