I found these ratchets useful for getting into places where others dare to tread, to coin a phrase, in other words, they helped to prevent the knuckle scraping when trying to reach stubborn nuts in  inaccessible wells. Not all manufacturers make it easy for D.I.Y maintenance as they rely on support services to boost their already highly inflated profits.
Some may share this opinion, however a useful addition to the toolbox.
