A recent purchase of a torque wrench was initiated when I required a socket wrench for a specific job, I found I coudn't get a good leverage on the handle as it was too short and I needed to tighten a nut to a specific torque. I shopped around, eventually returning to the ebay site as many other suppliers were just too expensive. The one I chose is garunteed for life and the price was within my budget.
Operating Instructions:
1. Hold the wrench with the appropriate scale facing you and unlock the handle by rotating the knurled locking screw
    anticlockwise.
2. Rotate the handle until the '0' mark aligns with the closest value below the torque required that is marked on the shaft.
3. To set to the exact value, rotate the handle slowly clockwise, observing
the handle markings. The torque settings is calculated by adding the numbers marked on the shaft and on the handle
(e.g.:  If the shaft value is 112Nm and the handle is rotated until the '6' is aligned with the centre line, the torque setting
     is118Nm).
4. Locock the torque setting by rotating the knurled screw clockwise until finger tight.

Tightening and Fixing:
5.
Install the correct socket or attachment to the square drive and apply to fixing. Tighten fixing slowly until you feel/hear the
wrench 'click'. Stop tightening at this point and release. The wrench will automatically reset for the next use.

Storage:
6.
When the wrench is not in use, rotate the handle to the lowest torque setting, do not rotate  handle below lowest setting.
7.  The tool is a precision  measuring instrument, rough handling may damage the tool and effect the accuracy.
8.  If the wrench has not been used for some time, operate it several times at a low torque setting. This permits the internal
lubricant to recoat all working parts.
9.  Store the wrench in its case in a dry place to avoid  any corrosion

Maintenance:
10. The torque wrench has been callobrated before leaving the factory.
11. This is a precision measuring instrument, calibration and servicing must be performed regularly to ensure accuracy.
Servicing and calibration is the responsibility of the user and accuratcy is not part of the guarantee of the product.
12. Clean wrench using a soft brush/cloth. Do not  allow  wrench to get wet, or use any kind of  cleaning fluid.
